The simple answer is… It almost doesn’t matter. Better than 2020 that’s for sure!
Just as a bad situation reveals who you are… so does good fortune.
You’ve heard the saying… money doesn’t change people, it reveals them right!
If you have developed the habit of panicking, and we’ve all been put to the test this year btw…
Then it doesn’t matter how good things will go for you. You’re primed to panic.
Your mind will find things to worry about and be pessimistic and anxious about.
This is one of the reasons why I don’t hope for good fortune…
Because I believe good fortune is a side effect of my work, mindset, and yes sometimes good luck.
I pray for the strength of character to thrive in such good fortune, so I don’t lose myself. And I start making lists of all the things I’m grateful for!
My task is to cultivate the ability to build confidence and strength of character.
Learn to think about thinking, and help the community I seek to serve.
So as a family caregiver I hope this message resonates with you.
Family caregivers can’t afford to panic and despair. Too much is riding on your ability to keep it together!
And remember, Caregiving is a life event, treat it like one.
Keep planning and staying ahead. Don’t be reactive in your daily routine.
I’ll leave you with this then… Happy New Year 🎉 and have an awesome start to 2021!
